We accept PayPal payments and Credit/Debit Card payments via the Paypal site which allows buyers to use a card to pay without setting up an account with Paypal. We ship every day Monday – Saturday.Out of USA orders are shipped via Global shipping onlyMost items are shipped via USPS. Some are shipped via UPS or Fed Ex depending on if it is a drop ship item or not. Out of USA orders are shipped via Global Shipping. A tracking will be uploaded for you on your store purchase history.Shipping Addresses Without exception we can only ship your purchase to the address you supplied through PayPal at the time you made payment to us. This is a necessary security measure which is a PayPal requirement not ours. We reserve the right not to ship to an unconfirmed PayPal address for high value items. You will be informed of this in good time if it becomes necessary. Please be sure you have provided a correct address, many of our items are dispatched within the hour so we cannot change or modify addresses as a rule. It is not our fault if you have given an old address or have given an incomplete address Any returned items will be refunded minus the original shipping amount and the 25% restock fee. If you want it to reship you will have to repurchase the item.

Please do not leave us item not as described feedback because the color looks different in person than in the photo. The photos are stock photos from the manufacturer or have been taken by our staff, but computer monitors can be very different also it will depend on what type of lighting you are viewing your item in, dark or bright lighting can give a very different look. Online is a great place to replace an item you love, but not to buy to just try it out as wigs are a sanitary item and cannot be returned. Opening a dispute saying it is defective because you do not like the style, color, fibers or it does not fit (please measure your head to be sure of your head size see FAQ’s) or it does not have the amount of hair you want (many of the Fashion wigs are thin wefted) does not make the item defective, nor does it mean it is an item not described. Remember you can customize your wig, we suggest going to a hairstylist to consult any customizing you are considering.Color Policy: Different settings on individual monitors may distort or change colors. The safest way to get the color that best matches your own hair is to purchase a color ring and buy from the color numbers only.We do accept returns on some of our items. We DO NOT accept returns on wigsThere is a 25% restock fee and item must be returned in pristine resaleable condition. (altered packaging/product, worn, or damaged items are not eligible for return) Packaging, tags, nets must all be sent back in exact condition as was received. There If for ANY reason we receive a wig return the 25% restock will apply and original shipping will also be deductedNO RETURNS ON WIGS FOR SANITARY REASONS, if there is a mistake on our end that is the only exception. Please choose carefully as we cannot take a return due to not liking a color or style choice made by you. Not liking the color or style does not make the item defective, if color was different than you thought it would be also does not make it defective. If you open a return for color or style issues that were chosen by you we will report to store. store guarantee is that you will receive what you ordered, the guarantee does not say you will like what you order. We send what you order, if you think there has been a mistake message us thru store messages state the item/color you received that information will be on the tag attached to the wig along with a photo showing the incorrect item tag. Do not rely solely on photos to choose your item, monitors differ sometimes a great deal. Everyone has a different type of monitor and we cannot be sure you have the same settings as everyone else. Sometimes a screen has more blue, red or green and that can throw off hues dramatically!The lighting you view your wig in may be different from lighting used in photos. Our photos are taken outside in good bright lighting so colors may be more intense. The item color codes are universal and are stated so you will know what the color will look like in person. If you are not familiar with color codes please google the color and look at photos so you can be sure the color is what you want. Color numbers are provided to help you find the right shades. If you are unsure, please visit a wig store in your area and have a look at their tonesWe are NOT professional photographers, the photos are so you can get an idea about how the item will look.
